Shipping Policy
- At present shipping is done only within India. However, there is an idea for expanding our business across shores sooner.
- Orders are carried out within 24 hours or usually during the same day.
- During festive seasons due to heavy demands, shipping might take 1 or 2 business days extra than usual.
- Business days include every working day from Monday to Sunday excluding bank holidays.
- Products purchased and used once cannot be returned.
- In case we deliver defective products we are more than glad to replace them.
- The claims for such a defective product should be made within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
- If a product is refused or undeliverable, you shall be charged for the shipping of both ways as well as 25% of restocking fees.
- Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. You can however exchange the product for a product of a similar or lesser value.

- The items that are to be returned must be in good condition and kept as they were received originally.
